Cold subzero daytime temperatures have pushed back the schedule for train L517 on the CN Minneapolis Sub. Normally a nocturnal trip, this day's run took place in nice winter afternoon sunlight.
An SD40-2 of Algoma Central heritage along with an IC SD40-2 in CN colors roll a loaded coke train east across Wisconsin. These coke trains no longer ply this route.
